Plastic Sorting Machine

A working prototype that identifies plastics by their spectral signature and sorts them with delta robots — including the black plastics conventional near-infrared sorting is blind to. Built by a six-person group.

CAD assembly of the towpreg machine — spool holder, guide rollers, dip wheel and take-up spool on an aluminium profile frame

Towpreg Machine

Designed for FiberJoints, who could not buy towpreg because every supplier's minimum order dwarfed their use. The machine impregnates their own carbon fibre at roughly half the market price per metre.

TRAS residential trash compactor developed in the 2nd semester at Aalborg University

Residential Trash Compactor

A household bin that compresses plastic waste to a third of its volume — designed against a hard price ceiling, with the required compaction pressure measured experimentally rather than assumed.

Drone Launch & Landing System

A rail launcher and a bungee-cord catcher for a wildfire surveillance drone, designed for terrain that offers no runway. Greece taken as the case study.
